Return Policies When we receive your return, a refund will be issued to you minus the 15% restocking fee. Defective equipment is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. Unless an item is returned for defect, all items must be returned in original unused condition with original packaging. A 15% restocking fee will apply to returns as well as a deduction for our cost in shipping the item to you. Within 14 days from shipment date, you may return any unopened product in original unused condition with original packaging. Returns are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. Buyer is responsible for any shipping charges incurred to return the item to us. Defective Items: Eligible* defective products may be returned for an exchange within 14 days from the date your product was received.
